Hanil cement constructed welfare department with a goal of employee welfare department improvement in November 28. It took roughly 3 billion won and over a period of 5 month to build, and covers 3,000 square meter with restaurant, shower room, and office for cooperative company.

It is expected to get much better for employee who worked at inconvenient facility before. Besides, it is also helpful to communicate people in cooperative company by providing new-built office and improve working condition and it will bring the enhancement in efficiency.
