Since its establishment in 1961, Hanil Cement has grown alongside the development of Korea’s industry and has led the domestic cement industry. As a result of pursuing steady and sound growth based on principles and trust over many years, the company has been consistently recognized for its value, including being named among the “Most Admired Companies in Korea” in the cement industry category by the Korea Management Association.
Based on the technology and experience accumulated over many years, Hanil Cement produces and supplies major construction materials needed at construction sites, ranging from cement and ready-mixed concrete to dry mortar “Remitar.” With a nationwide production and distribution network and differentiated quality competitiveness, we strive to provide customers with more reliable products and services.
Quality and the environment are important values that Hanil Cement has upheld for sustainable growth. In 2004, all of our business sites became the first in the industry to obtain ISO 9001 certification, the international quality management system standard, and we have since operated a company-wide quality management system. We also continue our efforts to reduce carbon emissions by expanding the use of recycled resources, generating eco-friendly power using waste heat, and developing low-carbon cement products.
Hanil Cement is now preparing for a new future based on its history and accumulated know-how.
