Seoul Land hosts Character Flower Festival for the spring, from March 22 to June 6. Tulips line the streets near the main entrance and east gate of the amusement park, and Character Carnival Zone in vicinity of Samcheolli Hills hosts various activity programs in which guests can experience popular TV characters. Various activities and experiential facilities such as VR With Roller Coaster Boy Nori, Ball Pool Interactive Game with Goebal Gaebal, and AR Digital Sand Craft are prepared for the visitors.

In addition, special events for guests to participate with amusement park characters are hosted. Guests can participate in a giant claw machine game in which they act as the claw, character room escape game with popular internet video hosts Doti and Jamtteul, sand Tele-Monster Eyeball Throwing Game. A character cinema theater in which characters from popular shows and animated films broadcasted at Animax, an animated show channel, will be hosted as well. During the day, family musical Dreaming 2017 and Character Live Parade will take place, and at night, Animal Kingdom 2017, complete with powerful actions and decorations will be unfurled before the guests. Street performances such as Spring Pop Concert by a musician duo, and Street Brass Band composed of saxophone, trombone, tuba, and drum, are planned as well.
