Hanil Cement became the top for five consecutive year for Portland cement and dry mortar from Hanil were selected as ‘the Best quality’ at ‘2014 Korean Standards-Quality Excellence Index (KS-QEI)’ ceremony as they were highly recognized their 'Utilizing Quality' including function, usability, safety, and ‘Sensible quality’ involving, reputation, awareness, and superiority in September 18.

Korean Standards-Quality Excellence Index (KS-QEI) is a synthetic index set by Korean Standard Association and Korea Society for Quality Management that reports based on survey of customer’s experience of the product. This year KS-QEI performed survey for total 120 products with 450 companies and their 90,000 customers and specialists as a sample of the research.

All five products of the cement which won the first prize 7 times for 5 consecutive years in Portland cement field acquired KS certificates and became the first receiving total score 819.01. Remitar, recognized as the product to shift construction paradigm, won the first prize in dry mortar field for 6 consecutive years receiving total score 797.11
