Hanil Cement Danyang Plant (Plant manager Choe Deok-geun, the Executive Director) won grand prize in KS certificate and received commendation by minister in at ‘World Standard Day celebration in 2014’ in The Korean Agency for Technology of Trade of Industry and Energy and Standards in October 14.

Danyang Plant received ISO 9001 certificate in 2004 and recognized the contribution of KS quality standardization due to such KS products as Portland cement species 1 to 5, other blast furnace slag cement furnace slag powder for concrete. Furthermore, securing quality competitiveness and consolidating standardization foundation through quality management system and improvement was highly evaluated.

This prize in is for the company with notable contribution of competitiveness enhancement and reliability improvement in KS product through quality innovation activity.
